We use a dedicated digital dashboard that tracks the life cycle of every plantation. This isn't just about counting numbers; it’s about monitoring survival rates and growth milestones so we can step in the moment a tree needs extra support.

Tech can only go so far. Our on-ground teams are in the field regularly, physically inspecting plantations to ensure the saplings are growing strong and healthy. It’s the human touch that ensures survival, not just algorithms.

I transitioned from a difficult past into a formal leadership role. As Community President with Amritay, I now convene meetings, support plantation planning, and help mediate local issues, providing me with a stable income of ₹35,000 a month and clear, meaningful responsibilities.

As a young widow with two children, I faced financial insecurity with very limited options near home. After receiving training, tools, and supervision from Amritay to provide soil services, I built a steady income of around ₹20,000 per month. Through this agroforestry project, I don’t just run my household; I conduct ongoing soil tests, provide essential field advisories to nearby farmers, and help them determine what their soil needs so they can improve their decisions and household stability. Meeting school expenses and building a respected identity I am truly proud of has completely transformed my life.
